Yes, we offer maintenance services to ensure your lighting installations continue to operate efficiently and effectively with our 1 Year maintenance warranty. (After 1 year we charge a small service fee if in occassion a bulb may go out, it is covered under JellyFish Lighting's 5 year part warranty)

Our system will do full RBG spectrum of 16 million colors.  There are touch and play preset programs for most major holidays and events. Our system will also produce soffit and can lighting effects.

Individual bulbs can be replaced by cutting the line and splicing in a replacement light. 

If a surge of electricity hits a light or the track, the lights are designed so that one or two lights would absorb the whole hit rather than damaging every light on the system. 

Each port has surge protection that will cause the power supply to power off for protection.  

If you have a light that goes out, we take pride in servicing all jobs.  Let us know and we will fix it. 

The lights at full bright white use less than 1 Watt per bulb, so with an accent lighting program you can power your whole home for under 60 Watts

JellyFish Lighting System is a robust, outdoor rated LED lighting system. LED lighting is known for its durability. Each diode (or puck light) has 3 LED lights which makes them brighter than any of our competitors. The entire system including our controller is rated for 22,000 hours which is about 15-20 years (nightly use of 4 hours). The actual LED lights are rated for even longer at 50,000 hours.

The controller is a computer that you do not need to purchase anything new to get the newest features. You just do a free update to the app or controller when they are available and you are set. More information on this below. With the P2 system, app updates will happen through your device’s app store. For more information, visit the support page here: https://www.jellyfishlighting.com/support-center/update-controller-firmware/. Controller updates happen occasionally (maybe once or twice a year). The link https://www.jellyfishlighting.com/support-center/update-controller-firmware/ has instructions on how to update your firmware on your controller. The lights are installed to the outer part of the soffit behind the fascia or trim facing downward.

Half down is due to schedule an installation date. The other half is due upon completion. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
